The City of Whitehall offices are currently closed to the public for walk-in traffic. We are also staggering our hours so that only one staff member is in the office at a time, to adhere to social distancing. We are encouraging you to practice social distancing by using the following methods for your utility payments: drop box (by the City Garage), ACH (automatic payment from your checking or savings), and by the use of your debit/credit card (Payment Service Network – RT15304).
